POAS.ae Service Scope and Responsibilities

POAS.ae is an independent documents-clearing and coordination service operated by Cendale Documents Clearing Services FZCO. POAS collects instructions and supporting documents, coordinates preparation or review of the Power of Attorney through the applicable authorised provider, and coordinates the execution route. This page separates POAS’s work from the customer’s decisions, the authorised provider or licensed notary’s role and the receiving organisation’s acceptance decision.

What POAS does

  • provides the ten Power of Attorney services listed on poas.ae;
  • checks the selected service against the customer’s stated purpose and intended recipient;
  • collects the information needed to prepare the agreed document;
  • coordinates preparation or review of a tailored draft and reasonable corrections within the agreed scope, subject to the verified licensing boundary;
  • identifies the expected identity, authority and supporting-document requirements for the selected route;
  • coordinates the applicable licensed notarial execution channel;
  • provides the available completed document or output when released; and
  • applies the POA Fit Promise where a POAS drafting or agreed-scope error causes failure for the stated purpose.

What POAS does not do

  • act as a government department, court, public or private notary, or law firm;
  • provide legal, tax, financial, immigration, litigation or succession advice;
  • decide a contested question of legal capacity, authority or validity;
  • guarantee a notarial appointment, court processing time, remote signing route or third-party acceptance;
  • act as the agent appointed under the Power of Attorney;
  • supply services outside the ten products listed on the site; or
  • promise a universal embassy, overseas legalisation, federal, Abu Dhabi or video-conference route.

What the customer must do

  • choose the closest service and accurately describe the intended outcome and receiving organisation;
  • supply current, complete and legible identity and supporting documents;
  • disclose any wording, form, attendance, KYC or authority requirement already communicated by the recipient;
  • check every name, number, asset, account, company, vehicle, power and restriction in the draft;
  • approve the draft only when the facts are accurate;
  • complete the notary’s identity, eligibility, language and attendance steps; and
  • notify an agent, bank, registry, company or other affected party where a revocation or transaction requires separate notice.

What the licensed notary controls

The licensed notary controls the identity and eligibility checks within the notarial process, appointment format and availability, originals, language or interpretation requirements, whether the instrument can be executed, and the notarial act itself. POAS cannot override those decisions. Depending on the case, execution may be remote or in person.

What the receiving organisation controls

A bank, developer, trustee, registry, company, counterparty or authority may apply its own current rules. It can require additional KYC, forms, approvals, specimen signatures, original documents or personal attendance. POAS uses disclosed requirements to tailor the document but cannot compel acceptance or waive another organisation’s policy.

Timing

Our target is preparation and coordinated notarisation by the next business day once payment, complete documents, identity checks and draft approval are in place. It can take longer if information is incomplete or private-notary or Dubai Courts capacity is constrained. This is a target, not a guarantee.

Fees

The website price is the POAS professional fee. VAT at 5% is shown separately (AED fee + VAT); no VAT-inclusive figure is presented as the headline price. Government, private-notary, authority, translation, attestation, legalisation, courier and other third-party charges are separate unless the order expressly includes them.

Problems and escalation

If a recipient raises a drafting or scope issue, email [email protected] or use Contact. Include the order reference, final document and recipient feedback. POAS will explain whether a correction, route clarification, service switch or the POA Fit Promise applies.
