POAS.ae is an independent documents-clearing service that prepares Power of Attorney documents and coordinates their execution. It is online-first: depending on your case and the route, signing may be completed remotely or in person.
POAS.ae is not a notary, a law firm, or a government body, and it does not give legal advice. Where a Dubai private-notary route applies, the notarial act itself is performed by an independent private notary licensed by Dubai Courts; other UAE and overseas routes may involve a different competent authority. Requirements and final acceptance remain with the receiving organisation.
