Notarisation is the regulated execution step in which the licensed notary applies the identity, authority, consent, language and document checks required for the instrument. POAS prepares the tailored document and coordinates the applicable channel; it does not perform the notarial act.

The route depends on the individual, location, identity evidence, document and receiving organisation. Current Dubai Courts guidance states that online POA attestation requires the concerned parties to hold valid Emirates IDs and that a person holding only a passport and no Emirates ID must appear in person before the notary. A principal outside the UAE may instead need an in-person or foreign-notarisation and attestation route. Video conferencing is not universally available and should not be promised before the applicable official or notarial channel confirms it.
Under the same current guidance, a document not in Arabic must be accompanied by a legal translation certified by the UAE Ministry of Justice. A bilingual format is not necessarily mandatory, but an English-only document should not be presented as sufficient without checking the certified Arabic-translation requirement.
Our target is preparation and coordinated notarisation by the next business day once payment, complete documents, identity checks and draft approval are in place. It can take longer if information is incomplete or private-notary or Dubai Courts capacity is constrained. This is a target, not a guarantee.
The service page shows the POAS professional fee as “AED [fee] + VAT”. Private-notary, government, translation, courier and other third-party charges are separate unless expressly included.
