Power of Attorney Services

How POAS works

From instruction to executed document, the process is kept clear at every stage. We confirm the correct POA type before payment, explain the route that applies to your situation, and coordinate execution through the proper channels.

Tell us what the POA needs to do

Start by telling us the outcome you need. That may be a property sale, property management authority, banking access, company authority, legal representation, or another defined action. If you are not sure which type of Power of Attorney is required, we identify the correct structure before you proceed.

We confirm the correct route and fixed fee

Before you pay, we confirm the appropriate POA type, the likely execution route, and the fixed fee that applies. The wrong POA type can be rejected, so this step matters. You see the cost upfront before moving forward.

Send your documents

Once your route is confirmed, you send your documents securely. Upload via the portal, or send by email or WhatsApp if that is easier for you. We review what is needed for the intended authority and let you know if anything further is required.

We arrange execution

We coordinate the execution process through court-licensed entities, including notarisation and attestation where required. Depending on the authority and your circumstances, the route may be remote or in person. You do not need to work out the procedural path yourself.

Receive your POA

Once executed, your Power of Attorney is delivered digitally as standard. Where applicable, a physical copy can also be arranged. Most matters are completed quickly once the execution stage is underway.

Document requirements and execution routes vary depending on where the POA will be used. We confirm the relevant requirements before payment so you can proceed with clarity.
