Cendale Documents Clearing Services FZCO, operating POAS.ae, collects the identity, contact, instruction, transaction and supporting-document information needed to open the selected file, process payment, review scope, prepare the document, coordinate the applicable licensed notarial channel, deliver the available output, prevent misuse, keep required records and resolve complaints.

Information may be shared only where needed for the service or required by law, including with payment, hosting, communications and document-storage providers; the applicable licensed notary; a translation, attestation, courier or other provider authorised for the case; and the receiving organisation where the customer instructs or the service requires it. POAS does not sell identity documents or use their contents to build advertising profiles.

Access to case material must be limited to authorised personnel and providers who need it for the case. Public analytics, advertising pixels and session-replay tools must not receive passport numbers, Emirates ID numbers, document images, names, contact details or free-text instructions.

Working case documents are retained only for the verified operational, legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, complaint and dispute periods recorded in Cendale’s approved retention schedule. Payment and accounting records may have a different legally required retention period.

Customers may ask about access, correction or deletion through [email protected] or Contact. Cendale will explain any record that cannot yet be deleted and the reason for the continuing retention.
