  1. Company Information
    poas.ae is operated by CENDALE DOCUMENTS CLEARING SERVICES FZCO , a company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates.
    poas.ae is a private service provider and is not affiliated with any government authority, land department, or registration body.

  2. ⁠Scope of Services
    poas.ae provides administrative facilitation, coordination, and document handling services in connection with property conveyancing–related processes.
    Our services may include:
      – Reviewing submitted documentation for completeness
      – Coordinating submissions with relevant third parties
      – Liaising with authorised service providers or government entities where applicable
    We do not provide legal advice, financial advice, or regulatory approvals.

  3. ⁠No Guarantee of Outcome
    All services are provided on a best-efforts basis.
    We do not guarantee:
      – Approval of any application
      – Processing times
      – Acceptance of documents by third parties
      – Completion of any transaction
    Final decisions remain solely with the relevant authorities, institutions, or counterparties.

  4. Fees, Pricing & Payments
    All fees displayed on the website are service fees payable for administrative facilitation.
      – Payments must be made in advance, unless otherwise stated.
      – All prices are displayed in AED, unless specified otherwise.
      – The price and currency displayed at checkout will be the same price and currency shown on the transaction receipt.
      – The amount charged to the card will be reflected in the cardholder’s billing currency, subject to the card issuer’s exchange rate.
    The cardholder is advised to retain a copy of transaction records, along with a copy of these Terms & Conditions and related policies.
    4.1 Payment Confirmation
    Once a payment is successfully completed, a payment confirmation notice will be issued to the client.
      – Confirmation will be sent via email and WhatsApp, using the contact details provided at checkout.
      – The confirmation notice will be issued within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
      – Clients are advised to retain the confirmation notice for their records.

    If a confirmation is not received within the stated timeframe, clients may contact our support team for assistance.

  5. ⁠Refund & Cancellation Policy
    Payments are non-refundable once service processing has commenced, including but not limited to document review, coordination, or submission.
    If a refund is deemed applicable:
      – It will be processed to the original payment method
      – Completion may take 7–14 business days
    No refunds are issued for delays or rejections caused by third parties or authorities.
  6. ⁠Client Responsibilities
    You are responsible for:
      – Providing accurate, complete, and valid documentation
      – Ensuring information submitted is truthful and current
      – Responding promptly to requests for clarification or additional documents
    We are not liable for delays or failures arising from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information.
    Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted through their account.

  7. Eligibility & Restricted Jurisdictions
      – Users must be 18 years of age or older to use this website or transact through it.
      – Minors are not permitted to register, submit instructions, or make payments.
      – We do not trade with, provide services to, or engage with individuals or entities located in OFAC-sanctioned or restricted jurisdictions.
    We reserve the right to refuse service where compliance requirements are not met.

  8. ⁠Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:
      – CENDALE DOCUMENTS CLEARING SERVICES FZCO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
      – Any liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

  9. ⁠Data Protection & Privacy
    Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
    We do not sell or trade personal data.
    Information may be shared only with:
      – Relevant authorities
      – Service providers involved in processing
      – Payment processors

  10. ⁠Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
    Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.

  11. Amendments
    We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time.
    Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

  12. Payment Terms, User Eligibility & Compliance
      – The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.
      – We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries
      – Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website
      – Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and https://poas.ae/ policies and rules
